We’re excited to announce that we’ll be finally celebrating our Grand Opening with a combined Customer Appreciation Weekend packed with events and specials—March 12th, 13th, and 14th!
Our customers have been the backbone to our business and the highlight of our days since the first day we opened our doors for Free RPG Day on June 21st, 2025. Many of the friendly faces we’ve seen weekly have become like family to us, joking and laughing together, truly growing our community. We wanted to find a special way to celebrate our success in finally getting our café and retail spaces fully operational as well as create a fun weekend of events to drive home how much we love and appreciate our customers. That’s why we chose to combine a “Grand Opening” event with customer appreciation specials. It might feel a bit late-to-the-game for our Grand Opening as we quickly approach our 1 year anniversary this coming June, but we didn’t want to miss an opportunity to celebrate how far we’ve already come and how hard we’ve worked to get here. Another surprise we’ve been hiding up our sleeve is our brand new Quest Log! This booklet will be hot off the printers and available to pick up in-shop the week of the Grand Opening and will feature three special slots where you can get bonus stamps just for attending each day of the Customer Appreciation Weekend! Our Quest Log features challenges and— you guessed it—quests, which our customers can fill out at their convenience to win prizes! It is broken down into prize tiers with awards listed here. We have a lot in store for you over the March 12-14 weekend, and we’re excited to see your smiling faces in the shop once again!
