Parties & Event Space Rental

This party package offers partygoers the option of using our designated party space at The Treasure Trove for their own creative use.

The party room contains 4 tables with 4 chairs each (seating 16 comfortably, 20 maximum). These tables can be rearranged to suit the partygoers’ needs and can even be arranged in a long banquet style to accommodate dinner parties (catering provided by partygoers).

This party package requires the partygoers to supply their own decorations and supplies but does allow partygoers access to the in-shop board game library.

This party package does not include game master assistance outside of what our employees normally provide and does not include the curated game selection process that our “Game Master” party package provides.

Partygoers may provide their own games, entertainment, or other itinerary if pre-approved by The Treasure Trove.

This party package includes the use of the entire in-shop board game library as well as the curation of specific board games tailored to the age-range and head count of the specified partygoers. To make best use of this feature, when reserving this party package, make sure to provide an age-range and rough head count estimate.

This party package includes the use of up to 2 Treasure Trove game master employees to help partygoers learn and run games during the designated party time slot. Game masters will also be on hand to troubleshoot, organize, and clean up any finished games, enabling guests to focus on game play and maximizing fun time.

Work party? Christmas party? Easter party? Whatever you’d like to celebrate, we’d like to give you a fun place to party.

If the partygoers desire a more tailored experience for games, or guided gameplay, there is an option to add on Game Master assistance for an additional charge.

Partygoers may provide their own games, decorations, entertainment, or other itinerary if pre-approved by The Treasure Trove.

This party package offers the partygoers the opportunity to become adventurers in a fantasy landscape, weaving together their own story as they battle the monsters placed before them.

Our in-house game master will escort the partygoers through an adventure that will unfold over the course of the first two reserved hours. Players will be given pre-created characters to streamline the process and move the story along smoothly.

Once the story concludes, partygoers will enjoy a mixture of jaunty tavern music and decor in the comfort of our immersive wizard’s tower themed private gaming room. The third hour of the reserved time is free for the party to use as they wish as it may be a good time to celebrate with treats, open or exchange gifts, or even continue the adventure; whatever the party desires!

If the party is unfamiliar with RPG gameplay and needs time to learn before partaking in the storyline, our game master is happy to introduce you to the general mechanics of the game and get you set up to play. You won’t need to bring anything to play as we will provide each player with their very own set of 7 polyhedral dice as well as a character sheet that they can take home as well.

This party package is limited to 3-7 participants as it takes place in our private gaming room which is specifically outfitted for an immersive RPG experience. There is a minimum of 3 participants needed to run this experience and a maximum of 7 for safety reasons.

This party package allows those who are brave of heart and strong of mind to live out their Pokémon dreams in the comfort of our party space.

During the first hour of this reserved time, partygoers will have the chance to battle each other in the arena of our comfortable party space by playing multiple games of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

The Treasure Trove provides your party with all necessary items like cards (decks), damage counters, flip coins, and arenas.

And don’t worry if you’ve never played before, we can teach you! Our very own, Professor Birch and her associates can help your party learn to play Pokémon easy as 1, 2, 3…go!

Want to add more flair to your celebration? We’re working to gather supplies for the very best Poké party by adding options for Pokémon-themed cups, plates, napkins, decorations, and more! And possibly a visit from a real life Pokémon! These options will be available in the future so take a Pikachu back later!

This party package offers the partygoers a semi-relaxing stroll through Middle Earth. Begin your journey in our immersive tavern-themed party room surrounded by all the comforts of hobbit life.

Partygoers are then invited to adventure outside the comforts of the Shire and into the lands beyond with our in-house game master. Our game master will escort players on an hour long trip across the countryside of Middle Earth to discover an adventure awaiting those brave enough to seek it.

After the conclusion of the story, our hobbits (or partygoers) will return to the safety of their under hill home and use the second hour of their reserved time to use as they wish.

Perhaps the party would like a hearty second breakfast? Maybe a long-awaited birthday celebration is in order! Whatever you choose, enjoy your time in the comfort of our immersive space with an added soundtrack of appropriate Middle-Earth-themed music to keep you in the celebrating spirit!

Blood on the Clocktower is a game of murder and mystery, lies and logic, deduction and deception for five-to-twenty courageous players and one devious storyteller.

A social game played in person, seated in a circle, each player receives either a ‘good’ or ‘evil’ token with their unique character on it. Good players share information to solve the mystery whilst evil players lie about who they are and what they know. The good team wins if they can piece together their knowledge, trust each other, and execute the demon. The evil team wins if the demon can sow distrust, evade detection, and wipe out the village.

This party package offers partygoers the use of our designated party space at The Treasure Trove for a game of Blood on the Clocktower exclusively for the partygoers’ invitees.

The party room contains 4 tables with 4 chairs each (seating 16 comfortably, 20 maximum). These tables and chairs are typically pre-arranged for this event to maximize the space, keep seating comfortable, and give guests room to participate in this event.

This party package includes the use of 1 Treasure Trove game master employee.

Costumes are encouraged but not necessary for this event.

At The Treasure Trove, we have a collection of games that we keep behind the counter that are not readily available in the gaming library. These games are considered not “family friendly” as our shop atmosphere tries to respect. We consider these our “naughty” games.

We’ll give you the use of our party room which contains 4 tables with 4 chairs each (seating 16 comfortably, 20 maximum). These tables can be rearranged to suit the partygoers’ needs.

This party package provides access to our entire “naughty list” as well as the rest of the entire shop game library.

We’ll require the doors to the party room to remain closed for this party to respect our family friendly atmosphere outside of the party room.

I bet you can’t make the tallest stack of marshmallows or flip the cup from the edge of the table up into the stack of other cups. Who can pop the balloon fastest without using their hands? Or who can be the first to shake all the sticky notes off of their body?

These are just a few examples of the game show-like party you can have with this party package at The Treasure Trove. In this party package, we will design a “game show” for your partygoers that consists of things like trivia, physical challenges, mind challenges, and other whacky things that will leave your group laughing. Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?

Upon pre-approval with The Treasure Trove, we will take the time to track down the game, learn the game, set it up, teach your crew to play, help you during your session, and then clean up the game afterwards. You just have to sit back and enjoy something you’ve been trying to get everyone together for for a while! Easy!
